After months of waiting, Ridge finally got the news that they were waiting for. They had won a place on the £2.9 billion Government framework for Project Management and Full Design Team Services.
70 awards were made to 32 organisations across 6 lots, with Ridge being one of only 9 organisations to be awarded the maximum of three lots/disciplines including the much sought after multi-disciplinary services lot. This means that Ridge could earn between £8 -£10 million a year in fees for the next 4 years.
Win That Contract were appointed to provide tactical advice, bid writing and bid editing services both for the pre-qualification stage and the tender stage. Ridge Partner, Mark Neiwenhuys, who is responsible for business development and marketing, said that Win That Contract played a huge part in securing this success and that they could not have done it without our help.

Ridge and Partners LLP (Ridge) announces success on being appointed to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) – Project Management & Full Design Team Services (PMFDTS) framework. The overall value of this 4-year framework agreement is expected to exceed £2billion.
This is a huge achievement for Ridge on the national framework of choice for Government and the Wider Public Sector across the UK, with Key stakeholders including organisations within Central Government, the Nuclear Industry, Education, Local Government, Devolved Administration, Defence and the Health Sector. CCS is an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office, supporting the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

The PMFDTS framework provides strategic advice across a wide range of disciplines and functions to support, guide and deliver innovative building and property solutions that will achieve best value for the public sector. It will enable all public-sector customers to access project management, design and advisory services to support their property and construction projects. The framework is the first point of “cradle to grave” services provision in CCS.
